terms and conditions:

Please thoroughly review all terms and conditions before booking and attending a class. When booking in as a student of Mission Yoga Studio, 105 Belmont Street, Alexandria, 2015, operated by Mission Studio Yoga PTY LTD (ACN 670 433 379) you agree to all terms and conditions.

We endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised however at times our classes are subject to change / cancellation without notice. Mission Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

Our teachers are subject to change without notice.

For studio security, your safety and to respect your fellow students please endeavour to be on time. We will offer a 5 minute flexibility window, but we ask that you are quiet to ensure not disturbing students, and your teacher. If you need to leave class early please inform your teacher prior to class starting, though we encourage you to attend classes which you can commit to fully. 

 

No mobile phones or devices in class please, other than extreme emergency cases (new parents, on call staff, please discuss with your teacher prior to class) 

 

Cancellations must be made via method booked (MindBody). By cancelling up to three (3) hours before the class start time you will not incur a fee. Cancellation within the three (3) hour window will incur a $10 late cancelation fee for direct debit members / or you will forfeit that class from your class pack. If you book, do not cancel, and do not attend without notice, this will incur a $15 no show fee / class packs will forfeit that visit. 

 

We cannot accept cancellations via phone, email or social media as these are not permanently manned and your message may be missed.

These fees are non refundable. We have this policy in place to ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend classes and find spots. Mission appreciates your understanding as we endeavour for equity for all our students in attendance of our classes.

Mission Yoga does not offer credits, nor partial or full refunds on classes, passes, events or workshops for change of mind, injury, illness, or any other reason. All purchases are final.

 

Please book and pay for your class (where relevant if you do not hold a pass or valid membership) via our website, the MindBody website or app.

 

If you are unable to attend a workshop or special event, you can transfer your workshop spot to another person by notifying Mission Yoga with at least 48 hours notice.

 

Payment must be made upon booking your workshop / event in order to confirm your spot.In some cases you may be able to pay a deposit, with a balance due prior to the workshop.

If you do not show up for a workshop your spot will be forfeited, and Mission Yoga will not be liable for refunds or transfer of funds.

 

Mission Yoga's 28 Day Signature Programme for twenty eight (28) of unlimited yoga offer is only available to new students to Mission only.

  • Your programme pass will become active from your initial class booked and is valid for twenty eight  (28) days from your first visit.

  • You may not transfer or suspend a programme pass pass.

  • Students who have practiced at Mission Yoga previously are not eligible for this offer, the only variance being if you have been out of Australia for six (6) months or more and then returned, you may purchase it one (1) more time upon return (we reserve the right to request proof of this)

  • When transferring from the 28 Day Signature Programme to Mission Fortnightly membership, you receive your first two weeks free.  This option has a 12 week (6 payment cycles) minimum commitment period not including your two weeks free. Your contract will continue to roll on fortnightly until you cancel it in writing to us .

 

Please check in with your teacher prior to class to ensure you are marked as having attended, or you may be marked as late cancel or non attendance.

 

Mission Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal items / belongings.

You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past 6 months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to participate in classes of yoga exercises.

 

Certain classes at Mission Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

 

You will follow all instruction and cues given to you by Mission Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

 

Mission Yoga is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.

 

By booking into, and attending a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

Fortnightly Unlimited Mission Membership Contracts (including concession, and transition YogaRuka Memberships) 

  • Mission Fortnightly direct debit memberships allow you to enjoy unlimited classes at Mission HQ.

  • This option has a 12 week (6 payment cycles) minimum commitment period. Your contract will continue to roll on fortnightly until you cancel it in writing to us .

  • We require 14 days of  notice period before your next scheduled payment for cancellation of your membership. Any membership payments during this notice period are non-refundable or transferable.

  • You must action a membership cancellation in writing via email. We will respond to your email to confirm this has been received and processed. Please check the email address is correct (hello@missionyoga.com.au) if you don't receive confirmation within one (1) week please contact us to ensure receipt. 

  • You may place your membership on pause for up to four (4) weeks per calendar year. Membership suspensions may only be requested in writing and with a minimum of one (1) week's notice before the initial date of pause. All suspensions must be in one (1) week blocks, so please keep this in mind when providing your pause dates. Days that have been paid for will be available for use at the end of the suspension / pause period.
