At Misson we offer a welcoming and accessible space where everybody can practice in a non judgemental environment. 

 

Our yoga focuses on asana based therapeutic practices, taught by highly experienced teachers, where you will feel seen, be guided safely and consistently, and ultimately leave feeling better than when you stepped through the door. 

 

Our classes are suitable for all levels of student (check the schedule for our dedicated beginners classes, Fundamental Flow), and can assist you coping with stress, help you when navigating recovery from injuries, assist with athletic recovery and all round wellbeing in both body and mind.
